i think its not to sharp or i can say out of focus a bit, i see her/his hair much sharper than the eye.. for potrait supposed that u focus on the eye so the catch light can be seen to make the potrait much better.. and the eye suppose to be compose at rule of third(ro3) and make the negatif area above the head to empty..
